Watermelon Superman Kitchen- Braised eggplant


Braised eggplant is a traditional cuisine which have a long history. People will be hard to forget after tasting this dish. Also, there are several functions while people having braised eggplant. For example, eggplant is rich         in vitamin P which can protect the cardiovascular. Let’s learn how to make this tasty dish now.


Preparation
  • Eggplant                one piece
  • Oil                     Appropriate amount
  • Salt                     Appropriate amount
  • Sugar                   Appropriate amount
  • Soy sauce                Appropriate amount
  • Ginger                   Appropriate amount



Instructions

Step 1: Mixed sugar, soy sauce and salt in one bowl



Step 2: Cut the eggplant into pieces

 


Step 3: Fried the eggplant in the pot

 


Step 4: Pour in the sauce which are made in step 1, then fried them about 10 minutes

 


The finally step is put this dish into plate and enjoy it.
