- Salt Appropriate amount
- Sugar Appropriate amount
- Soy sauce Appropriate amount
- Ginger Appropriate amount
Instructions
Step 1: Mixed sugar, soy sauce and salt in one bowl
Step 2: Cut the eggplant into pieces
Step 3: Fried the eggplant in the pot
Step 4: Pour in the sauce which are made in step 1,
then fried them about 10 minutes
The finally step is put this dish into plate and enjoy
