"Watermelon Superman Kitchen " – Ma La Xiang Guo (麻辣香锅)




Ma La Xiang Guo is very popular in recent years. it's with hemp, spicy, dry, fragrant and other characteristics. And it's very unique, it belonging to Sichuan and Chongqing flavor.

People usually like to cook with a variety of raw material. Such as bamboo, seafood, meat, Tofu.

I like to cook Ma La Xiang Guo, as you can cook with any food you like and also it's very easy to cook.

Let's start now




Ingredients
  • 2 pieces cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 100g Lotus root, thinly sliced
  • 1 potatoes, sliced
  • 100g Auricularia auricula-judge rinsed and drained
  • 200g Flammulina Velutipes ( I like Flammulina Velutipes, so I added 200g Flammulina Velutipes)
  • 200g Spam, diced
  • 100g bacon, diced
  • 200g Omasum
  • 100g meatball
  • 500g prawn
  • 500g chicken wings
  • one bag Ma La Xiang Guo base sauce
  • 50g Cilantro


Instructions


1. prepare raw material





2. boiling a pot of water and add some salt. put each material in the boiling water for 2 mins.  Only put one material in the boiling water 


3. dry all materials and put them in a big pot and mix with the base sauce. You can add some sesame if you like.





4.The last step, add some Cilantro on the Ma La Xiang Guo 




Here's a photo of Ma La Xiang Guo base Sauce, and you can find it in your local Asian grocery store. You can also find other brand base sauce. however, this is my favorite sauce.
