"Watermelon Superman Kitchen"---8 different style of Chinese food
In the culture of Chinese food, there are 8 different styles
cooking which are related with geographic of China. Now, I am going to talk about
first 4 of these.

Sichuan style: it is from Sichuan, middle of
China, the most famous feature of this style is spicy, everything is hot spicy,
oily.
·
Cantonese style: it is from Canton, south of
China. It is most popular Chinese cooking style in Australia. The feature food
is Yumcha. It is lighter than others.
·
Lu style: it is north of China. It tasted a bit
salty, and most dish put lots soya sauce. So lots dish is brown colour.
·
Su style: it is from east of China, which
include Shanghai, Jiangsu. This kind of style tasted sweeter than others.
