This time I will continue the topic last time to talk about another 4 famous styles of cooking of China.
Zhe Style: it is from Zhejiang, a province near Shanghai, the style is famous for using fresh food materials, and one of the most famous dishes is Huzhou Wonton.
Min Style: Min stands for another province further south from Zhejiang, this style is a bit more sweet, and a good choice for summer.
Xiang Style: Xiang stands for Hunan, a province next to Sichuan, this style is also famous as be spicy, but be sour also.
Hui Style: Hui stands for Anhui province which is the south of Shangdong province which is famous for Lu Style. This style is famous for the beautiful color of all dishes.
There are other styles of cooking across China, they all have their own characters, but they are all similar in some point, because they are all from China.
