Watermelon Superman Kitchen- Mapo Tofu

Mapo Tofu is one of the most famous cuisine in Sichuan, it also is a Chinese traditional dish. Otherwise, there are several functions when people eat this dish. For example, Mapo Tofu can prevent high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high cholesterol. Then, let’s try to make it.

Preparation:

Tofu           500 g
Pork            40 g
oil            Appropriate amount
Soy sauce       10 ml
Sugar           1 g
Salt           Appropriate amount
Ginger         Appropriate amount



Instructions:

Step 1: Pork chopped




Step 2: Tofu cut into pieces with light salt water for 10 minutes, drain the water. 




Step 3: Pour in the chopped pork and fry it  




      
Step 4: Pour in tofu





Step 5: Pour in water and other sauces, then fried for 5 minutes





Step 6: Off the fire when the soup become thick
